A thread appeared on MSDN work item tracking forum asking how we could customize the context menu on the work items result list. Since i haven't done this myself and didn't had the time to find the correct answer, i theorized that it should be possible and gave some hints where to look at. :-)
Naren stepped in and said it isn't possible (which is a real shame because this opens great possibilities). He blogged about it and suggested as an alternative that the option is added to the Team Menu.
Since it is a shame and this could really open some great addins/VS packages, i've opened a suggestion on connect.
