An one year delayed welcome post...

ONE YEAR. That's the time I had to wait to post a welcome to João Manso. Finally he started to post.

What I have to say about Manso (that's how we call him, or, as he prefers, "O Manso")?

I've worked with him in two distinct companies, including Agilior. Also he and Pedro were my classmates at ISEL.

It seems that I can't get rid off him. Just kidding!

Welcome Rainho :)

I must say that's an honor to welcome Pedro Rainho as the newest member of Agilior's team.

We go way back, around the end of 1999 (yes that's right, since last century :) ). We joined the ISEL in the same year. After one year we started to group together (along with João Manso) in almost every disciplines that we took in the course of computer engineering.

Our last work was the course final project (I'll write more about it in the future. It was a data access code generation tool). Since then I was keen to group up together with Rainho once again. We never agreed on anything, but in the end it was a pretty good partnership :)

I'm a MCTS guy

That's right! I've passed in the exam for a Microsoft Certification in Developing Business Process and Integration Solutions by Using Microsoft Biztalk Server 2006. So, now I'm a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).

Isn't that awesome? :)

In the meantime, I'll start posting some cool stuff about BizTalk for who, like me, is starting to use this cool tool from Microsoft.

Hello World!!

When we’re about to test a new programming language or some new technology, the first program often is the “Hello World!!”.

Since this is my first post on the web, nothing better than posting a “Hello World!!”

Recently I’ve integrated the Agilior, based in Portugal, which is specialized in software developing methodologies and architectures. Also we give consultancy in Microsoft’s products such as: BizTalk, Team System, SharePoint and Office.

I’ll work closely with two great architects: Bruno Câmara and Tiago Pascoal. Sure that I’m going to enjoy it and grab the opportunity to learn with them.

Meanwhile I’ll be attending the TechDays 2007 (can see my agenda here) in the next week and studying real hard for my MCTS in BizTalk 2006.
