For the fans of the Star Wars series, like myself, still remain several questions answered. Recently I've discovered how to answer them. I bought 2 DVD that delivers the answers to these questions. They're cartoon based with the story that links the Episode II to the Episode III. They explain in detail the Clone Wars.

Bill Gates Talk on Computing from 1989

Bill Gates discusses the software and computer industry, and how Microsoft has contributed. Gates also discusses his views on the future of the computing industry. The talk was recorded in 1989 but was only recently digitized. Topics include:

Microsoft BASIC and the Altair 880 computer
640k memory barrier and 16-bit architectures
EGA graphics and WYSIWYG editors
The importance and future of the mouse
Object-oriented programming
MS-DOS and the importance of OS/2
Apple vs. Microsoft lawsuit regarding user interfaces

Gates' current role at Microsoft

It's very interesting because this talk was back on … 1989. Some points still apply today. Check the Neowin link for downloading the audio file.

In fact I've being preparing an interesting post on that, but simple didn't have the time (what a lame excuse…)

Meanwhile I've been reading some blogs and I found 2 presentations that everyone should see.

The first one I found thru Falcão's blog. The title interested me and I thought why not? So I watched the movie and…WHAT A GREAT PRESENTATION on what Dick Hardt calls "Identity 2.0".

The second I found while I was reading a blog that I've been reading for quite some time. Is the Roy Osherove's. He posted a link to a Guy Kawasaki's presentation on entrepreneuring. He really DESERVED THE STANDING OVATION.

Please go and watch it. I'd like to hear your feedback.
